Stevens Anemone
The Stevens grown product this week is our greenhouse grown white Anemone with the most beautiful blue/purple center. These are quite possibly my very favorite and they are being cut fresh daily. Order yourself a bunch or two :)

Rose of the week...Quicksand
The rose this week is Quicksand. A small headed rose with an antique pink/peach color that varies within the rose and also from rose to rose. Very classic rose shape with a bit of a fragrance. If you have done arrangements with this rose we would love to see them.

Stevens 4 foot Robina Lily!
How fantastic is this lily?!? Grown right here in our greenhouse this is a Robina Oriental Lily. Robina is a dark pink color and I am 5'3" to give you an idea of the size. Just another great reason to buy locally grown products from Stevens and Son.
Check back next week as we watch this lily open.

Green Progress
Here is a small update on the progress we are making in our "Green" efforts. We were able to find a company to recycle our plastic straps and plastic sleeves. We just separate them into these large containers and off to recycling they go. We recycled 6 containers full of straps and sleeves in just over a months time!
Fun fact: The Plastic Straps are highly recyclable and will be remade into items such as carpet, sports clothing and nylon netting.
