Sanna Update

Here is an update on how the Rose of the week is opening up. It didn't blow open, but it is starting to show us its full potential. It still has a very pretty pink color and a unique coloring to the petals. What do you think about this rose?  

Rose of the week

The rose this week is Sanna. It's a vibrant hot pink with a slightly darker edge to the petal. It has a smaller head, but we are waiting to see how it looks when it opens up. I will keep you posted.

Feeling Blue

It just so happens that the flowers that caught my eye today were amazing blue colors. I thought I would take a break from the fall oranges and browns and liven up your day with these fun flowers. Dyed Gerberas, Antique Hydrangea and Arabian Dawn Eryngium. 

Employee Spotlight

This week we are highlighting the lovely Laurel. Laurel has worked at Stevens for 6 years. She just recently semi-retired from her position in sales to a part time position working in our hard goods department. Laurel adores her job because she loves flowers and the crew here at Stevens. The flowers that top her favorites list are Coxcomb and Orchids/Mokara. She is one of those crazy kids that loves the snow, and now that we are gearing up for the holidays and that yummy turkey dinner, I asked Laurel what special dish will be on her table...Pecan Squares. Yum! In her spare time she likes to throw...pottery that is, and spend time with her cat Jaz. Laurel is notorious for the constant mispronunciation of her name...Laura, Lauren, Laurie, Lau....
